We conceive location, event and festival platforms. Catering formats, including Restaurant “Wilhelms im Wälderhaus”, Café “Kaltehofe” located in River Elbe on the island of the same name or “Speisesaal” in the “Deutschen Auswandererhaus” building in Bremerhaven all bear our signature. Other concepts bearing the hallmark of quality from Mignon Genuss und Spektakel are “Kliffmeile” on the German island of Sylt, the Viennese “Caféhaus” at the Hamburg Christmas market as well as the “Sulky Lounge” located at the Trabrennbahn Hamburg Bahrenfeld Racecourse.
